What is Allterra Tech's warranty policy?
Unless specifically stated, all of our campers and accessories come with a one year warranty for manufacturer defect. The warranty does not cover damage from improper use and is non-transferable beyond the original buyer. Additional fees may apply for shipping costs and remote service calls outside of Calgary..
Where can I view a camper in person?
We are a Calgary based company and have an install centre and showroom in Calgary. Outside of Calgary, please contact us regarding the availability of showings in your area. Follow us on Instagram to see our trade show schedule as we may be coming to a city near you soon!
Can I have a camper shipped to my house for me to install on my own?
We can ship campers across Canada. Shipping and crating costs can range between $1400 - $1900. We recommend shipping to a local install centre as due to the size of the weight of the palletized camper, a forklift is required to unload.
Can I order a camper in a different colour?
All of our campers come in a powder-coated black. We do not do custom paint colours at this time.
Can I order a custom size camper for my truck or request special features?
We are able to build most custom sizes and even satisfy most special requests like adding or removing windows. Additional charges may apply and the lead time for custom orders can be 2-5 months.
Does the camper come with a built-in port for a diesel heater?
Because of our double zipper tent window design, it is easy to secure the diesel heater hose through one of the windows.
How do the T tracks of the camper work?
The T tracks are used to attach accessories like awnings and water carriers. Specific sized T nuts that fit inside the T tracks and specific length bolts can be purchased from us to mount your accessories. We have accessory brackets available that fit Allterra Tech branded accessories. We cannot guarantee that they will be fit non - Allterra Tech branded accessories.
Are the campers permanently installed onto my truck?
The campers are secured onto each truck using the provided C clamps which can easily be removed. The campers are not bolted onto the trucks.
Do you sell a separate top to replace the tent if I want to turn my camper into a canopy?
We do not currently fabricate and sell a separate top.
